After a convenient pickup from your accommodation, meet your guide and get fitted with a bicycle and helmet. Start your ride through the picturesque Siem Reap vegetable village, where many of the vegetables and herbs used in local dishes are grown.

Test your farming skills by picking your veggies, which you'll later use to prepare your lunch.

Next, visit the bustling outdoor market where locals shop for fresh ingredients. Discover a local specialty and choose the best snacks and fruits to try.

Continue cycling down small dirt paths through the scenic countryside, observing local farmers as they cultivate and harvest their produce. Spot water buffaloes lounging in the mud and enjoy endless photo opportunities. Receive warm greetings from villagers as you pass by.

For lunch, visit a local family and learn how to cook Cambodian food using the ingredients you've collected. Enjoy individual cooking stations and a hands-on lesson led by a local chef.
