1. Booking Process

• To book a trip through Urban Trail Travel, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

• Bookings can be made online or by contacting our customer service team.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Urban Trail Travel.

• Once you have made a booking, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your trip.

2. Prices and Payment

• Prices listed on the Urban Trail Travel website are in USD (US Dollar) and are subject to change without notice.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

• The full balance of your trip must be paid by the due date specified in your confirmation email. We accept payment by Credit Card.

• If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and you may lose your deposit.

3. Cancellations and Changes

• You may cancel your booking at any time, but cancellation fees will apply.

• The cancellation fee will be based on the date you cancel your booking, as follows:

  • More than 24 hrs before departure - full refund;
  • less than 24 hrs before departure - 50% cancellation fee;
  • no-show 100% cancellation fee.

• Changes to your booking may also be subject to fees. Any changes must be made in writing to Urban Trail Travel.

• We reserve the right to cancel your trip at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In this case, we will offer you a full refund or a credit towards a future trip.

4. Inclusions and Exclusions

• Your trip price typically includes transportation, some meals, and activities.

• Your trip price typically excludes international flights, airport transfers, meals not specified, travel insurance.

• Please refer to your specific trip itinerary for a complete list of inclusions and exclusions.

5. Passports, Visas, and Travel Insurance

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary passport, visas, and vaccinations for your trip.

• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

6. Liability

• Urban Trail Travel acts as a travel booking agent and does not assume liability for any personal injury, death, property loss, or damage arising out of your trip.

• We are not responsible for any acts of negligence or omissions by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

7. Force Majeure

• Urban Trail Travel will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to your trip caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, or war.

8. Governing Law

• These Booking Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising out of these Booking Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

10. Entire Agreement

• These Booking Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Trail Travel with respect to your booking.

11. Severability

• If any provision of these Booking Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By making a booking with Urban Trail Travel, you agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions.
