- A van will pick you up from your hotel.

- Please book this ticket at least 4 hrs in advance.
- Free transfer service is provided to the visitors on request.
- The visitor is requested to be ready before the pick-up time to avoid any mishap.
- It is a humble request to be respectful to the elephants and maintain peace.
- Please notify us in advance, if a customer has food allergies, special dietary requirements, limited mobility, or potentially contagious diseases.
- We do not force elephants to do any activity that they don’t want to do. As well as in the Mud spa and shower also depends on the elephant’s satisfaction.
- Guests who are pregnant or wheelchair-bound are required to inform Phuket Elephant Care of their condition, you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are in good health and that you understand you will be participating in a tour that involves large animals.
